Paddington Bakerloo Line Ticket hall to platforms 3 & 4 Intrusive Tag & Trace Survey for Paddington Cube development

The purpose of this survey is to identify the extent of the existing MEP (including station ventilation systems), Telecoms and Fire services and assets on Paddington Station. At the end of the survey, a detailed report, including CAD drawings shall be produced & delivered to the Designer providing a complete set of record information to enable the design of the new interface between the station and the Paddington Cube development above the station.

Survey includes;

• Electrical CMS systems, cabling and associated equipment
• Lighting system and lighting control
• Undertaking Periodic Inspections
• Mechanical systems, including ductwork, water system and drainage equipment
• Fire detection equipment
• Fire damper control panels
• Fire suppression systems
• Communications CMS systems, cabling and associated equipment
• PAVA speakers
• CCTV cameras
• Telecoms equipment
